External Adviser for Effective Headteacher Performance Management

Headteachers who are working within the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions (STPC) are required to be appraised by their Governing Board in line with regulations and their pay progression must be linked to this.

The STPC requires that the Governing Board is supported by an external adviser and this is available from Leaders of Governance.

Cost: To be agreed with the appointed LTT adviser
